This was a stained glass butterfly that I had made a few years back. I love dlearning how to do stained glass and I hope someday to be able to buy my own equipment to do it at home, the wet grinder is all I really need. It hangs in my kitchen window. Most other pieces I made i gave away or are in with the christmas decorations.

OOoooow...that is beautiful Deb. I love stained glass . I have never tried it. No one in this area gives classes and there is no one locally that sells supplies. Glass scares me anyway....I am clumsy and I'd probably cut myself severely! If you ever want some extra money those would sell I'm sure!

Candy thank you!!

It is actually fairly easy to learn. A glass cutter is easy to use and you use a template to draw out the patterns. The wet grinder smooths all the edges. I need a little more practice to get my sauldering more even. Maybe someday????

Hugs Debbie

Hi Debbie, I agree with Candy.....Ooooooohhhhhhh, aaaaaahhhhhhh! It's beautiful! You did a beautiful job of it. I've always wanted to try stained glass but never look the leap.

I have a question for you moderators: I just put together a photo album (picture trail) of my crafts. Am I allowed to post a link to it here?
