My question is, what is our first craft? Are we supposed to pick or are we going to be assigned a craft? I would certainly welcome a list where we can pick or something like that.

I think Ruth we are waiting to see who is interested as word was only sent out this week.
I think a craft will be chosen, (out of a hat?) each month and then we all give it our best try, chat about good points and bad points and go from there.
That is my take on it anyway ....... and July starts next week

Kathy, I'd like to learn a few tricks too, so if we can join even though we don't have kids or grandkids to work with, I'll join. I thought we had to have kids or grandkids to work on the projects together.

Hi Minny, I'm thinking the g'kids and kids were included as it's the summer holidays in the US, and it will be good to keep them occupied.
I'd love to do it with my boys, at least one of them, but I know they think it would be to girly LOL ... teenagers, what can I say

You never know the hidden talents you/we may discover

You can join the craft club even if you don't have kids or grandkids. Kathy is correct in thinking that the kids were included to keep them busy, however, they were also included because the crafts we will be doing will be fairly easy. For example, we might make those shrinkable styrofoam hats or a sock snowman. These are things that are easy enough for kids (sometimes with help) but adults will have fun doing as well.

As for what crafts, they will all come from the FC website, I will either choose one myself and post it OR I will present a list of three choices. There would be a poll and everyone can vote on what craft we should make, there would be a deadline for answers.

Hope that clears things up!
