New products on the shelf--do you wait for coupons or freebies before trying it?

If I see a commercial for a new food product that I know my family would like to try, I try to hunt down a freebie coupon link or at least a coupon for money off the product before I buy it.

Do you do this?

YES, I do the same thing. So far it has always paid off 2 wait patiently.

I also do this. Usually there are coupons for new products.

A lot of times they will say on the TV ad to check your weekend newspaper for a coupon and I get it from there.

Usually I wait for a coupon. Not hubby though. He rarely looks for sales. Grrr!

If I come across a new product while in the store and think we will enjoy it I will get it withoutthe coupon. If we do like it, I search for coupons for it.

My Dh drives me crazy doing that! I hate grocery shopping with him. lol!! If there's something that he thinks that we will like, he puts it in the cart....and I usually take it back out. ROFL!!!

I wait for a sale and coupon since that generally happens before or shortly after the product hits the stores.

I generally wait too for coupon/sale BUT have been known to just buy it if it looks like something we will all enjoy and the price is not too bad
