Good job Norma and thanks for giving heads up on inserts. Got to agree with Norma on your "visual" with that nut wandering around. Thanks also about the Rite Aid tip. To be just 2 people here we sure go thro' a lot of toilet paper. I have always bought Scott as it has always seemed to go farther but will try the Rite Aid one

Norma - You did great at the grocery store. Thanks for your concern on the lunatic that is harassing me in the grocery store parking lots, a person I know! Most people who are stalkers or harassers know their victims. There was a good article in the newspaper this week, saying most people don't report the incidents. So, we really need to report them. My hearing is rescheduled for Jan 24th. Hopefully, my daughter, the Attorney, can go with me instead of her law partner as I feel she is the better Attorney. I e-mailed her tonight, hoping to get to her before the other 3 hearing she had scheduled for last Monday.
Glad you got my envelope. I was thinking of putting a delivery confirmation on it to see how long it takes. Maybe your complaining to the post office did some good in getting your mail in a more timely manner.
Good music tonight, but they had so many people, they opened the door. They don't smoke inside the building, but right outside the door. The smoke gave me a headache and burned my sinuses. I was out of there! I was glad I had time to look and cut the Publix in-store coupons as they have one for $6/2 Sundown vitamins. I have $1/1 mfg. coupons, and I've found them at $3.99, so they would be free. Good to stock up for winter. I can get potassium in the Sundown vitamins and that was free with coupons. I have to take that with my Lasix diuretic. Nice to get it free rather than by an RX which the Dr. had given me.
It is to be mid 50's in temp tomorrow. We will think it is Spring!
Good day, was able to get to church on the mountain, only saw a few patches of ice, so got up and down the mountain with no problems. The Minister talked about Martin Luther King.
Got some good deals at Publix, Maalox $.79, retail $5.79, $5 coupon. Someone told me it was free, but never saw an in-store coupon for the difference. Jolly Time Popcorn was $1 for 4 mini bags, but I could not find it. When I checked out, the cashier said, "Did you find everything you wanted?" I said I never could find the Jolly Time Popcorn on sale even with help and I had 3 coupons for $.50 which they would double. It was in front of the cash register as I was looking at the exit door. She got me 3 boxes, so all free.
They also had my gallon of Aloe Juice on sale for $5.99, is normally $6.99.
Went to the library and cut the Sunday coupons. The library will be closed tomorrow for MLK Holiday. The officer/guard at the library is getting more interested in coupons. He stopped to talk to me at the table where I was cutting coupons. I let him look at the ones I cut, and the ones I sorted for myself, told him not to mix they up. He made nice neat piles of my coupons. He is going slow doing coupons, but will get "up to speed" I'm sure. He likes the little free LED flashlight I gave him also gave him one for his wife. The officers/guards do take good care of us at the library.
For my birthday I got gift cards to restaurants and jewelry. My sister makes sterling silver jewelry and does a beautiful job. We always ask for "homemade gifts" from her.
My daughter has sent a letter to the court saying she is representing me, that she has a conflict with the hearing date, and asks that it be changed, that they contact her from this point on. Her secretary sent me a copy of the letter by e-mail and I thanked her for taking care of the matter in a timely fashion as the court date is next Monday.
My daughter helped me take the food to my friend for her food pantry, had not taken it for 2 weeks. I estimate we had 200 items as I had so many pasta coupons which made it free, coupons for corn meal and flour that made it $.39 - $.59 for 2 lbs and today got 5 packages of the Jolly Time Popcorn free, 4 mini bags in a pkg, $2.38, sale $1 and I had $.50 coupons which were doubled at Publix. I also had coupons for McCormick spices, $.75/1. The spice package, with six little plastic cups, is $1.59. Bloom doubled the coupon, so cost $.09. I just think they are the neatest thing I've found in the store lately. Tissues were free as they were on sale for $1 and I had $1 coupons, purchased many boxes of them.
I have been MIA for a while and was wondering Norma if I am still part of this group? I have some coupons that I have been clipping today. Please let me know.
Hi there, I am sure you are still part of the group unless you had told Norma you wanted out of it. How is the weather where you are? Gloomy out here today with rain now and then. Norma another envie went out to you few mins ago. I sealed the envie with intentions of it going out tomorrow since Judy was across the street but Steven came over with my mail so gave it to him to give to Nancy when she came to their home across the street so it is gone. Blondie so glad you daughter has sent the letter and will be there for you. Happy Clipping/Saving all

The weather has been very cold, we have gotten Snow over the holidays. Children have been out of school for an extra week. They got another day off today, because of black ice. I really would like to see the sun again. . .. . but can't complain because it can always be worse. LOL!
Patti and Norma, thanks for your thoughts on my court case. I do feel secure having my daughter going with me. I've told a few close friends about the case, so if they are with me when anything happens, they will help me. I do hope just the summons being sent to the perp will make him behave even before the court date.
I met today with the nice man who is going to do the website for my coupon club, free. He is psychic, just shows up at the library as I'm coming in or going out. More men are getting interested in coupons. The ones I've taught coupons to have done very well right away.
Cheryl - glad to see you are getting involved in the coupon swap again.
Saved money today by going to the Cosmetology School for haircut, wash, blow dry, $8. I give the student a tip. She did a great job.
