Aunt Kay, I got the one envie with the stamps. Thanks for sharing.
Patti - I will be looking forward to receiving that envie. Thank you for sharing.
Blondie - What about your fresh veggies and fruits? There are always things I need (white vinegar for the laundry, meat, my diuretic etc.) that are not on sale with a coupon. What are you going to do in the meantime?
Ladies, I better go for now. I have a church pot luck to go to and am making a couple of casseroles from Stauffers - the glazed apples and cranberries, and au gratin potatoes.
Patti - The Cod Liver Oil was just "common sense". I was staring at the bottle of it on my computer monitor, where I keep my vitamins, and said, "Cod Liver Oil should oil the joints" and my hip pain felt like it was in the joint. Then, I had cider vinegar pills for weight loss, but I know cider vinegar clears toxins out of your body, and when you have arthritis, it is the toxins attacking your joints and muscles. So, I took 3 of each of the pills twice a day. On day 3, I had NO more pain!!!! And I gave up the cane I was forced to use. I've continued to take both pills each morning and night and the pain has not returned! Cheap fix and it works!
This week, CVS had the Sundown brand 100 capsules, $5.49 B0G1F, so I bought 4 bottles, am set for awhile. The cashier said, "Why Cod Liver Oil instead of just Fish Oil?" I told her what I had was Cod Liver Oil and since it works, I'm sticking with it!
Blondie putting it the way you do it all makes perfect sense. Now am looking for coupon to see if I find any.
Already cut out the one in this morning's paper most went to Norma.
So when I get the Cod Liver Oil and Cider Vinegar pills will start taking as you said. Thanks Blondie

Aunt Kay, I received that 2nd envie yesterday afternoon in the mail.
Barb, I got yours too. I will certainly take advantage of at the least the asparagus for $1.48 on Wednesday after work. I won't go out after that until church on Sunday.
Blondie - oil and vinegar - great on salads too!!!!LOL I know you are being really serious, but the combination just struck me funny. I went to oil and vinegar instead of other dressings on salads when I eat out, because there is some preservative in those that I have a reaction to.
Ladies, you all have a great week, and I will check in from time to time.
I did my grocery shopping for the week EARLY this morning. Usually I shop on Wednesday or Thursday but I wanted to get in and out of ShopRite before "Amateur Week" got going. There were very few shoppers at 8 AM, lucky me! Thanksgiving week is always bad enough in there, but this summer they rearranged the whole store, so now NO ONE knows where anything is. I spent $101 out of pocket; saved $73 on coupons so that's $174 of groceries!
Blondie, I am usually so slow to think of a good comeback, (I get a joke quickly though), that usually by that time, there is no point in even letting anyone know. But I do try.
Barb, I know what you mean. I plan to go after work on Wednesday, only to get some asparagus. It will be a zoo, I know it will. That is good savings BTW.
If all goes well Stacie and I will be going tomorrow to Bottom Dollar where the Turkeys are $11.00 for any between 20 - 24 pounds and we both want a large turkey also have to spend $25 but I need several things so will not be hard to spend the additional $.
Good job Barb
