Kathy - thanks for the kind words. I am getting asked by my friend for my "autograph". One asked how much I'd charge to give my autograph, so funny. The photographer from the newspaper did a much better job on the internet video. My TV "appearance" was very short and they only gave a few detail about coupon. The newspaper put a nice video on their newpaper site. I've asked the reporter for a copy of the video, said I'd pay for it. I haven't heard from her and may stop in the newspaper ofc. tomorrow to talk to someone about the copy.
I'm busy today sorting my high value coupon, under $1 for the Triple Coupon Sale at Bloom grocer store again! This is the 3rd or 4th month they've had a Triple Coupon Weekend, started in October! I'm loving it, know the store and prices well now! Have to learn those prices, part of the game of using coupons.
Three mile south of me they had a tornado at 1AM and 3 miles east of me 12 hrs. later, they had another tornado with damage. There is no damage at my house and no loss of electricity.70,000 were without electricity in a 50 mile area today! I am counting my blessings in the Upstate of SC!
I just saw where Albertson's sold quite of few of it's stores in Florida to Publix. Interesting...
If you are able to get them, the beer companies are having great rebates on all kinds of non-beer products. And you do not have to purchase any beer either. I don't go into liquor stores myself, and they don't sell beer in our grocery stores to get the rebate forms. The rebates are also very short dated - they end around 2/15/09.
If you are lucky enough to get hold of some of these, and take advantage of them (some things are snacks, others are a cooler, some deli meats and cheeses, etc.), please let us know. The rebate forms list the purchases necessary for each rebate. I understand these are through budweiser and heiniken.
Norma will checkl out when I get in Farm Fresh again for the rebates. I have to go in there now and then to get wine for Gina for their office parties. Will get some if I can and send to you

Norma - Thanks. I am counting down the hours until Bloom grocery store opens for the Triple Coupon Weekend! I can use 20 coupons per trip, per day, up to $.99 ea. All my coupons are in small envelopes by category of food or non-food. Bloom is 2 miles from my house! At the Bluegrass Music tonight, I got an armload of coupons so I'm very happy.
