Family Corner Coupon Corner: How It Works

Welcome to the Family Corner Coupon Corner!

Longtime members will remember this as the Coupon-Aholics club, started by autumnmum2002.

Crochet2, who has been a member of the Coupon-Aholics since the beginning, has offered to take over the job of collecting, organizing and distributing coupons to the club members. She will become an Assistant Moderator.

Here's a review of the rules and procedures for the Coupon Corner.

• New Coupon Corner members will need 75 posts to participate.
• Crochet2 will need an updated list of your coupon requests. Include your name, address, email address and your Coupon-Aholics file number.
• "Donations" are always accepted. Mark a D on the envelope near your return address.
• For "requests" don't forget to enclose 2 first-class stamps. Requests without stamps will not be filled.
• Please be sure to put sufficient postage on anything you send to Crochet2. It's not fair to make her pay postage-due charges on top of doing all the work.
• This is not a "1-for-1" exchange OR a "like-amount" exchange. Crochet2 does not add up how many coupons you send OR their total value. She works from your wish list to send coupons back to you.

In the coming days an email will be sent to Club members who have posted in the Coupon-aholics thread and/or have the Coupon Award. This email will include Crochet2's mailing address. Once you get that, please send her your updated wish list and any coupons you want to donate.

Please go easy on Crochet2. She runs this coupon exchange as a labor of love.

You will also notice that some new threads are coming to this area: the Freebie thread, one for Internet coupons, and some other coupon-related topics. We hope that putting these threads in this area makes them easier for you to find and use.
