Poll: Changes for Couponaholics

I'm afraid that mixing up everyone's offers and requests might start to get confusing.

I'm thinking about creating 2 new threads. 1 for offers (coupons you don't use) and 1 for requests. You can put your lists there. Exchanges would be handled through Private Messages or emails--as always, please don't share your "personal contact information" on the boards.

This exchange would be open only to established FC Couponaholics members. If other FC members want to get "in on it" then we would wait until the 75-post minimum had been reached, like we do in the Secret Sister Club and the other clubs.

Please vote in the poll and put any comments in this thread.

Barbszy, I like the idea of 2 different threads, but you know, in doesnt work that well in the Garage sale section..especially since we cannot edit that items are taken like we used to. ..and I find people just like to visit one thread to get the job done..lol or is that just me???

But I also want to say...I am flexible so whatever you all want to do..I will do my best to support whatever is best for everyone.

I would be willing to take it over, as long as the rules still stay the same. I would be willing to pay the postage for Carol Ann to send me the wish lists with the names and addresses. I would also be willing to pay the postage to send a letter to all members regarding the change in address and person to send the coupons to. Hopefully, Carol Ann will recover and be able to do this again. I am personally so grateful to her to starting this club, it has literally saved me hundreds, if not thousands of dollars over the lifespan of the club. And without the additional cost of buying them on e-bay.

I hate so much to see coupons go to waste.

Hi,

I just found this site and would like to participate in the coupons. Can I add one thing, all expired coupons up to 6 months can be used by U.S. Military families living overseas. I collect them and send them when I get a packet together. So, anyone that has expired coupons can send them to me and I will send them along to the families overseas. Okay?

So, how do I get started participating in this coupon exchange???

Hang in there, Ashley....we are considering making some changes to the Coupon Exchange since our Coupon Queen is in poor health right now. As soon as we nail down all the details, we'll post more information.

We do have an address to send expired coupons to the military, and many of our members do contribute their old coupons that way. It's a great way to help others!

I've searched everywhere on this site to find the rules or something that describes the Couponaholics Club, but can't find anything. So, I'll just wait and see what happens.
