Carol Ann, I sent out two envies to you, and they both came back with not enough postage. Sorry. I didn't realize there were that many in there.
So, now I have a bigger envie to send you. I hope $1.75 covers it this time!! I am going to try to stuff it in that small slot they allow us for sending letters. If it don't fit, I may have to wait until this evening when I go out on errands.
So look for the envie to come to you soon.
I think I have stamps in there, I just combined both the other envies, and all the new coupons. If there are no stamps, do not worry about sending me coupons, as I have plenty. I have more than double the amount I am sending you!

Thank you for asking Carol Ann - other than still being tired, I feel fine. I am looking forward to the weekend. I received some gift cards to a local craft store, and am anxious to go spend, spend, spend.
It has finally started to rain here. This is from Ophelia, a little. It is already 77 degrees and it is only 6:30 in the morning. I was just taking a bucket of water outside to water the container plants and just as I stepped outside, it was coming down. So I will hold the water until the next watering time.
I also need to get outside and plant the mums that I was recently given as a gift. He got me a beautiful purple one with lots of little petals.
Finally, on the way home this evening, I will be dropping off the 2 baby blankets that I made for the mayor's wife. In my little town, that may sound like a big deal, but I have known Joe since he was 12, and Stephanie since I moved back here in 1989. She was Little Elwood's main babysitter for years. I used to pick him up every night from their home. The same home we rented from Joe's father in 1969. She was telling me that she still has the afghan my mother made for their wedding, and the stockings my mother made for the kids when they came along. And she wants a stocking for this 1st grandchild also. We will talk about that tonight. She might want one made from the yarn I did these 2 afghans with. There is nothing wrong with a pink and white stocking.
My neighbor just dropped off a bag full of inserts!
She picked them up from Freecycle, and cut out what she wanted. Then she passed the rest to me--so after I clip all these, I'll have a big fat envie to mail out!
Carol Ann - I am starting to do the "Happy Dance" in anticipation of getting an envie from you.
Did you get both the envies I sent you this week? The first one had stamps, and the second one was just a donation.
Not much going on. I have harvested the final tomatoes, and need to get the vines out of the ground and into the composting barrel
I have started another baby afghan and hope to finish it before the Octoberfest on 10/15. I want to take all the hat pieces that I have crocheted and make them into hats while I am there. I just make rectangles, and sew them up the back and pull the tops tight - a ski hat, one that is a little longer, so that when a cuff is rolled, it is really warm around the ears. While I don't want to see anyone cold, I am particularly against children being cold.
Well ladies, better go and get some of these Saturday chores done,
