Here is how the Coupon Club Exchange works:
You sign up with Carol Ann. She gives you a file number.
You give her a list of the items you'd like coupons for.
You start sending her coupons for things you don't want, and enclose 2 stamps when you want her to send you some coupons.
She sends you coupons for things on your "want" list.
So, PM me with your name..I will get a file number for you...then make out your "wish list" for things you use coupons for..you will mail your list +plus(2) 37cent stamps to her and she will send you coupons back..also, you are asked to send coupons you wouldn't use for maybe someone else in the club has them on their wish list..
Barb - I managed to get to ShopRite on Saturday, before last week's sales were over, and thanks to you, managed to snag the Clairol Herbal Essences bundles (shampoo and conditioner packaged together) for $2.49, and then used the B1G1 coupons to double that. That works out to about $.62 per bottle - unbelievable.

We don't use "as much" conditioner as shampoo around here, so a few of those bottles will get donated. But it was a terrific deal. I like that shampoo but won't pay regular price for it, and my DD had fun picking out 4 different "flavors" LOL!
Barbszy, you were saying yo don't use conditioner but you can use conditioner as fabric softener...so if you have any to use up! lol
There were NO COUPONS in our paper...boo-hoo...
But, I did get a $10.00 off coupon from JCPenneys..did anyone else get one? Now I will have to see what I can get for $10.00. There are alot of things you cannot buy...salon products, name brand sportwear. Hmm...I guess that leaves ???

Barb, I am so jealous - first of all, I didn't have anyone with me to share in the glory of a good score, nor did they have but one scent to choose from when it came to the bundled packages. Also, they only 8 eight of the bundled packages, so I made sure I took away anyone else's confusion about where the rest of them might be. They were resting tidily at home with me.
Janet - I am so disappointed for you. I got both a Valssis, and a SmartSource insert in each of the papers I purchased.
It was so funny, Saturday, I went to the grocery to pick up the Oust Fan Starter kits I had free coupons for. My neighbor who collects the inserts from all her non-couponing neighbors and gives them to me, came over with an inset for me. I met her at the door, and we spoke for a couple of minutes. I always tell her about the good deals I get. When I told her I had been out picking up more "free" items, and what they were, she told me she had never heard of this product. So I slipped back inside and grabbed one for her to try. She was so grateful.
Yeah Norma, a real bummer here today..sometimes we get coupons of Mondays...everything is a day later in the UP..lol Nothing again!! sigh! I think I will go and soak in the tub now..

I got the funniest gift yesterday - one I have already given myself. My girlfriend found, and mailed to me, a calendar with 365 crochet patterns on it - Crochet - A- Day! I had instructions to open immediately.
I have another girlfriend I give an amyrillis to every year now. The first year, I wrapped it, and took it next door for her to open right away. We gabbed, ate some cookies, etc., and I left. She didn't open it until Christmas morning - and the darned thing had grown so much the neck was permanently crooked. So now, I don't wrap the box, I add a card taped to the tope with instructions - OPEN IMMEDIATELY!! Even though she can see what it is.
Well ladies, I better go for now. I have to wrap another of my co-workers' gifts to take to work and hide until we exchange them, and I have an order for another set of Ann and Andy dolls.
I have an envelope ready to mail to Carol Ann--now I just need to get it to the post office today!
