They have a printable coupon which even my stores around here will take for 25% off a regularly priced item through 1/23/05.
Go for it everyone.
Not much else going on here. It was cold yesterday, down in the low 30's, today, not warmer than 20, tonight down to 12.
And more snow tomorrow evening. Our snow that was predicted for Sunday night into Monday, hardly materialized. There was a light coating on the road, and just a couple flakes here and there on the grass. Very disappointing.
Well ladies, got to go. Carol Ann, the next envie will be in the mail with the office mail this evening.
Sis, Thanks..... I need personal labels this time.
Carol Ann,
Check out the free address label sites I listed in the frugal/freebie sections
Also, Can you use liquor/beer/wine c/o's? I found a place to get quite a few per month. Let me know....

I have my clothes for today in the dryer, warming up. It seems so cold, even though I know most of you are experiencing cold that makes my 9.1 degrees look like a heat wave.
Bettdev: Yes, my friends and family know we can use more than one of those Borders coupons. It is one of the few that we can print of the internet and use here in New Jersey.
We were happy internet coupon users here in New Jersey, until one particular deal - free dove soap. The coupon had been engineered by someone in a different part of the country and was a fake. The stores were taking it, because the upc matched up and the cash register computers were taking off the amount of the coupon. It looked legitimate, but was not.
All of the stores put up big signs - don't even try to use this coupon, and that was it.
Some of the markets who put out their own coupons online will accept them, but not an internet manufacturer's coupon.
Well, ladies, the clothes are warm, and I still need some hair and make-up and to get lunch together. Whoo hoo - that is free salad from the restuarant my sister works at part time. Along with some of a loaf of bread they serve.
That Borders coupon will be great!
My Big Kids just received gift cards to Borders. We are always happy for gifts of books or gift cards for bookstores. So this will help them get even more for their money.
They're never too young to appreciate the value of a good coupon.
Yes, children need to learn how to use coupons to their advantage as soon as possible.
I have been teaching my nephew for years. He is now 16 and finally "got" it, when Carol Ann started sending coupons for "b1g1" candy bars and gum. Now, if there are those coupons in the paper, I can give them to him without fear that he won't use them. Also, he enjoys the McDonald's coupons. When it comes out of their pockets, they start to learn quickly.
For Christmas, one of his gifts, was a gift bag loaded with candy. He looked at me and told me I had been "holding out" on him with the coupons. He knows me so well.
Also, I have a subscription to "Refuning Cents". This a paid site. He likes the idea of being able to "make money" with certain deals that don't have a large investment cost. They also have an online site. I go and read what people across the country are finding. Some deals are nationwide. If there is one for say, buy Halls cough drops (on sale 3/$1.00) and get a gift card at Kmart for $2.00 of your next purchase - I will be there. When they had the gladware this past summer, that is where I found out about it. And I turned it to a profit at the yard sale the next day. My profit on just that one deal, paid for the subscription for a whole year.
And Elwood is getting that idea. Of course, he still likes the idea of me buying cake mixes with coupons, making cupcakes and him selling them to his friends at school or on the bus. Hereally likes the idea because he knows he gets all the money, and I do all the work.
Norma my 16 yr (today) g-son also appreciates my coupons too. I did 6 stockings at Christmas with B1G1 coupon deals. Mainly gum and raisens. They all like both. And my daughter who goes thro' a LOT of raisens was really happy as got her a bag of them which she took on her trip to S. Dak and I gave her two bags the other day. With the diet she is on she also goes thro' a lot of raisens lol.
Love my coupons for sure.

Carol Ann~
Just wanted to let you know that I got an envie out to you finally #179.
I got a great coupon deal yesterday at Stop N Shop where they had b2g2 on general mills cereal and then I was able to use the $1.00 coupon on 2 gm cereals so I got 4 boxes for $9.50. Cereal is so expensive here in nyc Normally 4 boxes would run $21.00.
I got very lax over the holidays and I'm sure I missed out on a few other good deals since I didn't have my coupons very organized. Working this weekend on getting that rectified
Carol Ann, I sent DH to the post office with a big envie for you. My neighbor brought over the Mother Lode of coupon inserts that she was done with....must have been 10 in the pile!
I put my stamps in there so when you are ready you can send one back. No hurry. Thanks. 106
