This is a cosmetic but it is called Sealed With a Kiss, I get it from Sally's Beauty Supply, someone from this site recommended it and it really does help my lipstick stay on longer and doesn't dry out my lips.
As this is gardening season, my hands and knees take a daily beating. I found Sally Hansen's Cuticle Oil Pen at Walgreens. It works like a marker and isn't messy. [how many of us have spilled or leaked those tiny bottles of cuticle oil??] You just click up the oil and "paint" it on cuticles and nails. Cheap too @ @$3. The other love I've found was a Green Tea and Honey creme from Elizabeth Arden. AWESOME!! I am not normally a high end cosmetics user but my MIL gave it to me as a gift and I LOVE IT!!! A tiny amount goes a very long way and it smells heavenly!
Be beautiful ladies!!
I work alot in the yard during the summer, and have always had dry hands and cuticles that like to bleed. Bag Balm, in a square metal container from Walgreens, is a godsend. It contains lanolin and is wonderful. Yes, it was originally designed for chapped cow udders, but is completely safe for humans. Don't need a lot, and works like a charm. I always use it at bedtime.
Liquid baby powder! -- not really a cosmetic, but so easy to use. Comes out like lotion, goes on like lotion, but dries quickly and does everything you want a powder to do. This is from Avent, a European maker, so I sure hope it's available in the States. Has anyone else heard of or tried liquid baby or body powder?
