Potato Salad Seasoning (almost like Watkins!)

I have finally come close to the Watkins Potato Salad Seasoning after years of experimentation. This is good, not exact, but so close. If you try it, and experiment with it, please post your changes here! I love Watkins but can't always afford or find it. So here it goes,

1 1/2 Tbl pepper
2 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 Tbl dried parsley
1 1/4 tsp celery salt or seeds
2 tsp dried marjoram
2 sm bay leaves
2 tsp dried dill
1 tsp chicken or vegetable oxo
1/4 tsp sugar

Put all into a coffee grinder (used only for herbs of course, makes coffee taste yucky!) grind to a fine powder. Store in a glass seasoning jar. Use as you would the Watkins brand in your potato salad.

I didn't actually find it. I found some from long ago and tweaked till it started tasting like Watkins. If you try it, let me know what you think and we can tweak it together! (insert happy dance here!)

okay, just made potato salad and this is so close to the Watkins. I will say to lower the pepper to 1 TBL, I am finding it a bit too peppery. So far, that is the only change I would make.
