HM Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk

This is a receipe that saves me a lot of $$$, especially around the holidays. Maybe someone can use it.

Homemade Eagle Brand Milk

1c. powdered milk
2/3c sugar
1/3c boiling water
3T melted margerine
dash of salt

Combine all in blender. Blend until smooth. Makes an amount equal to a can [14 oz] of Eagle Brand Milk. Store in refrigerator.

This can be used in any receipe calling for sweetened condensed milk, but not as a evaporated milk substitute.
