How about pork fried rice, burritos w/ chopped pork instead of gr beef. If you have a grinder attachment for your mixer you can make your own sausage if you add spices. Plain you can use in meatloaf, etc.

My grocery sells ground pork so you could grind it yourself or ask at the meat counter for them to grind it for you. I would think ground pork would work in just about any recipe calling for ground hamburger just adjust the spices to your liking.

You could add shredded pork to any Mexican dish instead of shredded beef or chicken.
