Mix everything into a large bowl
Make little balls with the dough ( I use a cookie scooper)
and set an ungreased cookie sheets
Bake at 350 for 8-10 mins (just as edges get golden)
You can frost them or eat them plain...
You can add chocolate chips, nuts etc....

Kids really have fun making this easy cookie. They even have more fun eating them. My grand-kids added nuts to some or chocolate chips....Next time they said they are going to ice them. Good tasting .....tast like a mini cake.
