Microwave Pralines

3/4 cup Milnot milk
2 cups brown sugar, packed
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1-1/2 cups pecans
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
Mix Milnot, sugar, salt & butter in a 2-1/2-3 quart dish or cassserole. Microwave on HIGH for 8-10 minutes.
Stir and rotate at 3-minutes intervals.
Allow to cool slightly, add vanilla. Beat until creamy (about 3 minutes). Stir in pecans. Drop from teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Allow to cool at room temperature.
My daughter & husband enjoyed these. People at my husband's workplace tried them & want the recipe. So it's a keeper.
Makes 3 dozen

Milnot Milk can be found by the Evaporated Milk. You can get it at Wal-Mart. Just ask for help if you cannot find it.
Sorry it took so long to reply we finally got our computer up and running again after over 2 months of it being helped. lol
