Potato Chip Cookies
These delicious cookies are crunchy on the outside and chewing on the
inside. Make sure you leave a few inches between cookies because they
spread. This recipe only makes about 2 dozen
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 egg
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup potato chips, crushed
1/2 cup peanuts, chopped
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream sugar, butter or margarine and
egg. Blend in flour, baking soda and vanilla. Mix well. Stir in
chips and nuts. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto un-greased cookie
sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes until browned.
