Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 cup softened margarine or butter
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1 small box vanilla instant pudding
2 eggs
2 cups chocolate chips
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
nuts (optional)
Preparation
Mix all ingredients. Add chips and nuts.Preheat
oven to 375 degrees.Bake until they start to brown
on top, approximately 8 to 10 minutes.
