Brownie Macaroon Cookies
1 15.5oz pkg Pillsbury Thick and fudgy Choc,Chunk Deluxe brownie mix
2 cups coconut
1 Tablesp oil
2 Tablesp water
1 egg
Combine all ingredients and beat 50 strokes.
Preheat oven to 350 line cookie sheets with
parchment paper. Shape dough into 1 and
1/2 inch balls and put 3" apart on cookie
sheet then flatten slightly. I sprinkled sprinkles
on top but you don't have to. Bake 12 to 15 min.
Makes 24.
