Choccy Biccies
Sugar - 50g/2oz
Butter - 110g/4oz softened
Self raising flour - 110g/4oz
Cocoa Powder - 2 tbsp
Oven 190C/375F/Gas5
Cream sugar and butter, add the rest and mix well.
Shape into small balls, place on greased and floured baking sheet and squash slightly. (I refridgerate 10 mins at this point to stop too much spreading)
Bake 8-10 mins
Makes up to 18 apparently, I never get that many! I think I make them too big!Lol
Takes about 25 mins in total to make, including fridge time, and about 30 seconds to eat!!!!!
