Chicago Crunchie Chocolate Chip Cookies
3 1/2 cup flour
3 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp milk
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup corn flakes
1 cup rolled oats
1 pkg chocolate chips
oven 350
Mix flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
Beat butter, margarine,brown sugar and
white sugar. Add egg, milk and vanilla.
Beat till mixed. Stir in flour mixture
alternating with oil until thouroughly mixed.
Stir in corn flakes, oats ands chocolate chips.
Bake for 10 minutes
We sometimes do 1/2 peanut butter chips and 1/2 chocolate or milk chocolate chips too!!
