Scalloped chicken 3 cups cut up cooked chicken 1 can Cream of Chicken soup 1-2 tubes of saltine crackers, crushed Butter or margarine, melted Stuffing --enough to cover bottom of oblong cake pan mix up your favorite stuffing.. either home made or stove top. Press in bottom of cake pan sprayed with cooking spray. Spread the cut up chicken over top of the stuffing. Beat the cream of chicken soup til smooth & spread over the chicken. Melt butter, crush up saltine crackers in the butter to coat evenly, but not soggy. Spread over the top of the soup layer. Bake about 1 hr or until top is golden brown.
