Hi everyone!

Today I missed my walk/run (sick Mom) so excercise and my blank pedometer are on my mind. So I went to the Fitness and Excercise forum and picked Lislyn66 as todays winner. She was the last post there today!

I hope you all find time to do something for YOU and get some walking in. Park a little farther away from the market door, take the stairs vs elevator, or eat a healthy snack vs a bad one.

I will pick a prize for Lislyn66 and get her a PM asap!

Congrats Lisalynn.

I try to do some walking at least 3 times a week. I ride my bike often too. It's paid off.. I went from 128 in January to 115 in March.
