Hi, all. Do any of you who have seen the Food Saver on TV think it's a good deal? It's that thing that vacuum seals your food so it keeps fresh longer. They didn't say how much replacement bags for it cost and I was wondering if any of you bought one and think that the cost of buying bags to seal your food outweighed any benefits? They said that you can go to warehouse clubs and stock up on stuff at cheaper prices than the supermarket and your food won't rot before you get a chance to use it. I was also wondering if any of you think that warehouse clubs are really such a good deal. Do the annual fees eat up any savings you get from buying in bulk? I've heard that warehouse clubs don't have generics. Is it really that much cheaper to buy name brand items in bulk than buying generics at a regular grocery store especially when you have to pay an annual fee just to use it? There's a Sam's warehouse club and a Costco warehouse club in my area. If warehouse clubs are a good deal, do you think Sam's or Costco is better?
