Happy face

Growing up we had alot of hamburg meals. One night we'd have hamburg macaroni (goulash), the next night we'd have chili. The next night we took what was left over from the macaroni & chili & mix them together & have chili-mac.

Minny we did pretty much what your family did.We had a lot of meatloafs too.
I use Ricotta cheese when I make Lasagna even if the recipe calls for Cottage cheese. Who knows I might actually like it with C-Cheese but always stick with Ricotta

I just love Goulash... Very homey... I make mines just like my Mother does.

tomato juice
onion
garlic
pepper
elbow mac
sugar
cinnamon
Makes my mouth water just typing this...

here is what my family likes to eat omit the mushrooms if kids are eating the girls were never fussy over mushrooms lol

hamburger
elbow macc
onion
green pepper
mushrooms
mushroom pasta sauce
tomato paste or tomato soup
garlic
old cheddar cheese
basil
pepper
beef bouillon powder
onion powder
paprika
chili powder


mix all together top with cheese

i have also grated some carrot in to it as well for extra veggie detail the gratted carrot blends well and kids cant see that there are any veggies in to it and i have also put in a tsp of ground flax you cant taste it and it adds more nutrition
