Comparing Similar Recipes We thought it would be fun to see how each person makes a certain recipe or meal. Do you use ricotta or cottage cheese in your lasagna? Do you add ketchup to your meatloaf? Let's compare!

I have never made them. We buy them from a place called Cluck U Chicken. I do not like mine hot! They have all kinds of sauces. One of them is called a nuclear thermo sauce. It is hot. DH can't even eat it. They also have a sauce that is so hot you have to sign for it! I also like to dip them in ranch dressing. Well....that was just my two cents!

Chicken wings I like to segment, mix in 50/50 bbq sauce and sweet chilli sauce then cook in the microwave. Freeze loosely in a bag.
When they are needed a few or a lot, take out of the freezer and pop on a little more of the above sauce mix, and bake in the oven on 200*C or until crispy.
You can also do this for the bbq as the chicken is already cooked it doesn't take long, Up to you whether you defrost before you bake or not I've done it both ways. There is also the 50/50 full strength coke and bbq sauce mix. This also works well with drumsticks.
