I must have left the room for a minute and missed one of the recipes she made. I saw her roll balls of dough and put them into muffin tins then top with melted chocolate. Did anyone see this? What was it that she did? I can't find the recipe anywhere and don't know what it was called.

Which show was this, the one on the BBC channel or the one on the Foodnetwork? The recipes are posted and I can find it for you, but I need to know which channel. Was the dough like bread dough or like chocolate cake?
It was on food tv Canada, not sure if it is the same in the US. The dough looked like a cookie dough, rolled in a ball and placed in a muffin tin, then topped with melted chocolate. Thanks for helping!

I checked the links and couldn't find it, thanks for the help. I finally have emailed them to see if they can give me some info. Thanks again! If I get it, I am certainly going to post it!

I wish I got that station here. Nigella does come on Foodnetwork, but I have not seen anything that describes the dish that you are describing. I hope you find it.
Just a thought...if you post the name of the recipe to a search engine it should bring up quite a few recipes. You may have to search through a few of them..but it might work.
Ctawna, the problem is that she doesn't have the name of the recipe. She just has the show and the name of the chef. I have done that before too. I walked into the room right during the good part of the recipe. Except, the Foodnetwork posts all the shows and the recipes for all the dishes for each show. I don't think the station she watched this on does this; at least I couldn't find it on foodtv for Canada.
