What are you plans with the kids now that Christmas is over?

Now that Christmas is over but the kids are still home from school on vacation, what are your plans to keep them busy?

We had plans to go to the movies but that was put aside for doctors appt. today. All 4 of us are sick again. My dh and dd are going to see the doc. today because they are feeling the worst. I'm hoping that I can talk the doc. into giving my son and me a prescription so that things don't get worse for us.

We will probably hit the video store on the way home. The kids have their games and toys to keep them busy.

Christmas DAY is over but the Christmas SEASON still has a ways to go.

We plan to spend time visiting with friends and just enjoying time together. DH has worked long, long hours this fall, and now he is off until Jan. 5, just like the kids.

(And we're going to spend a day setting up the office space in the basement. OOO, how fun will that be? LOL!)

My girls are both teenagers. So they have plans of there own set up. I know both girls have a ton of homework and each of them have a project they are working on during this off time from school. I have to work 3 days next week.

It's still Christmas for us,until after the New Years. The first weekend in January to be exact. I don't take anything down until then, whether I have to work or not. This is something, my mother did and I follow this tradition.
