Christmas Movies

What is a Christmas movie you like to watch that helps you get into the Christmas Spirit?

My very favorite that I watch every year is "The House Without A Christmas Tree" with Jason Robard's.
Love that movie!!

hugs,train

It's a Wonderful Life used to be my favorite and I still like to watch it, but it was on every channel and 100's of times one year that I kind of tired of it. Now I really like the Santa Claus movies 1 and 2 and the movie Toys may not be a Christmas movie to some, but I count it as one and I love watching it.

Tim Allen has a new movie coming out on Nov. 3. It looks to be pretty funny.

I still like the old TV shows the best--Ruldolph, Frosty, Charlie Brown

we made sure to buy our favorites so we can watch them over and over during the season and then when we are in the mood for a christmas movie we pop it in ,in the middle of summer.

It's a Wonderful Life, I watch every Christmas Eve,The Santa Claus 1&2,I'll be home for Christmas,Christmas with the Kranks and White Christmas.

When my kids were younger we always watched How the Grinch Stole Christmas, the original one,and now my grandkids watch it.

I try to catch the Christmas movies & shows. My old faves are Charlie Brown Christmas, Santa Clause 1 & 2 (haven't seen 3), & The Grinch (cartoon version).

A fairly recent one we enjoy is Love Actually - with Hugh Grant. It is not a children's movie because of some scenes & language but the parts with the children's CHristmas program & with child who plays Liam Nieson's son are precious.

Merry Christmas!

Pippe
