Super Easy Captain Crunch Chicken
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup crushed Captain Crunch
1 large chicken
Cut up the chicken into thighs, legs, breasts, etc.
Clean and pat dry. Dip pieces into eggs, then
into the Captain Crunch. Place on a sprayed
baking sheet or cookie pan. Bake at 350 degrees
for about one hour, turning intermittently. (If you
don't, it might burn). It is done when a fork
pressed into the breast meat no longer causes a
squirt of liquid.
