Hee hee Ham & Cream Cheese Stuffed Chicken...

HAM & CREAM CHEESE STUFFED CHICKEN BREAST HALVES..............

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup ham, finely chopped
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
onion salt
pepper
salt
vege oil
1/2 cup all purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten
1/2 cup dried bread crumbs

Place chicken between 2 sheets of plastic wrap and pound to 1/4 inch thick. Set aside.

Combine cream cheese, ham, pepper, and onion salt well. Mound 1/4 of mixture onto chicken. Pull sides of chicken over mixture and tuck in ends. Use toothpicks to hold together if necessary. Season well with pepper and salt. Heat oil in skillet. In 1 bowl put flour, eggs in second, and bread crumbs in third. Dip stuffed breasts in flour, eggs, and crumbs. Place chicken in oil and fry 8-10 minutes until browned. Drain on paper towels and serve.
