Smore Cheesecake Bars

18 honey grahams crackers
1/3 cup of butter, melted
3 tbsp of sugar
4--8 oz packs of cream cheese
1 cup of sugar
1 tbsp vanilla
3 tbsp flour
4 eggs
1 cup of mini marshmallows
6 hershey bars

Preheat oven to 350. Line 9 x 13 pan with tin foil--make sure it sticks out over the sides. Crush 14 graham crackers. Mix the crush graham crackers, butter and 3 tbsp of sugar and press into pan.

Using electric mixer. Beat cream cheese, 1 cup of sugar and the vanilla to smooth. Add flour then eggs(one at a time) blend well in between each ingredient. Break up 3 chocolate bars. Add to cream cheese mixture. Pour cream cheese mixture over crust. Break up the other 3 chocolate bars and sprinkle over the top along with the marshmallows and the 4 remaining graham crackers(break into pieces).

Bake for 40 min. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Remove cheescake bars using the tinfoil handles. Then cut into 24 or 32 squares. Refrigerate any leftovers( I have never had any)

Happy face

Congrats on the blue ribbon!! This sounds good, I'm not a chocolate eater, but it would be good to take for snacks when we serve snacks at bingo. Thanks for posting the recipe.
