| Chicken and Biscuit Casserole or PotPie
I use my leftover herb roasted chicken.
2-3 cups of cubed cooked roasted chicken, sprinkled with 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 can cream of chicken
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup cooked peas
1/2 lb sauted mushrooms
2 cooked carrots cut up- optional
1 cup shredded Kraft Mexican 4 cheeses or whatever cheese you like
6 thawed frozen biscuits or fresh made biscuits
Butter an 8x8 pan
Mix all together except the cheese and biscuits.
Pour into the prepared pan and bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven, sprinkle with cheese, arrange biscuits, and bake another 20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly....
Serves about 6
