Chili Cheese Dog Casserole
8 - 10" flour tortillas
2 qt. shallow dish sprayed with cooking spray
4-5 cups favorite canned or homemade chili
(or more if you'd like)
2 cups shredded jack cheese
8 all beef hot dogs (1/4 lb each) or all meat dogs
2 cups fritos, crushed
Warm tortillas, and roll hot dogs, burrito style.
Pour one cup of the chili in bottom of casserole,
and add the hot dog burritos. Pour the rest of
the chili over all. Top with shredded cheese and
then the crushed fritos. Bake in a preheated 400
degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
