| Pork Casserole
2 cups hot cooked elbow macaroni, rinsed & drained
1 - 16 oz can cut green beans, rinsed & drained
1/4 cup onion, chopped fine
1 - 14 1/2 oz can Bavarian style sauerkraut, drained
1 1/2 cups diced lean cooked pork
1 - 10 3/4 oz can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup skim milk
4 slices reduced fat Swiss cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8 x 8" baking dish with nonstick spray. In a large bowl combine macaroni, green beans, onions, sauerkraut, and pork. Add mushroom soup and milk. Mix well. Spread into prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes. Evenly arrange swiss cheese slices on top and bake 10 minutes more or till cheese melts. Put baking dish on a wire rack and let set 5 minutes before serving. Makes 4 servings
