| Poppy Seed Chicken
6 Chicken breasts(boiled and torn into bite size pieces)
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 Tablespoon poppy seed(I only use 1 teaspoon)
Mix these four ingredients together well and put into a sprayed 9"X13" pan.
Topping
1 stick margarine(melted)
1 1/2 sleeves of ritz crackers(I use the generic kind)
Mix well and put on top of chicken mixture. Bake at 325*F for 30 minutes.
