| Ham Casserole 2 cups lean cooked ham 1 - 10 oz pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed & drained 2 cups fat free shredded cheddar cheese 6 oz pkg. seasoned croutons 6 egg whites + 1 whole egg, beaten together 2 cups skim milk 1 cup salad dressing (do not use mayonnaise) 2 tbsp flour 2 tsp dry mustard 2 tsp dried basil leaves Mix the ham, broccoli, cheese, and croutons. Spoon into a 13 x 9" dish that has been sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the ham mixture and cover. Refrigerate at least 1 hour OR overnight. Bake at 375 degrees, uncovered for 1 hour or till heated through. Makes 8 servings
