Chicken Chow Bake
2 cups diced chicken
1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
1- 8 oz can pineapple tidbits
1 tbsp lite soy sauce
1 cup celery slices
2 tbsp sliced green onions
1 - 3 oz can chow mein noodles
Combine first 6 ingredients and fold in 1 cup of the chow mein noodles. Turn into a greased 8 x 8" baking pan and sprinkle with the remaining noodles. Bake at 350 degrees 50 minutes. Serve with additional soy sauce. Serves 4
