| Egg & Sausage Breakfast Casserole Ingredients
6 slices White Bread, crusts removed
Butter/Maragine
1lb ground Pork Sausage
1 1/2 cups Shredded Sharp Cheese
6 Eggs lightly beaten
2 cups Half & Half
1/2 teaspoon Salt
Non stick spray (to grease the casserole dish) Directions
-Lightly spray non stick spray inside casserole dish
-Remove crusts from bread, butter bread
-Line casserole pan with bread slices, butter side up
-Brown sausage, drain, Spoon over Bread
-Sprinkle Cheese over Sausage
-In a bowl, combine eggs, salt, Half & Half, mix well
-Pour Egg mixture over shredded cheese
-Cover casserole Pan with foil
-Refridgerate casserole for 8 hours or overnight
-let casserole stand at room temperature for 15 minutes
-Preheat oven 350 degrees
-Bake uncovered 45 minutes
-Let stand 5 minutes, then serve
