| Baked Bean Corn Dog Casserole
4 (28 oz.) cans bushed baked beans (any flavor)
20-25 hot dogs
2 (8 1/2 oz.) boxed Jiffy cornbread mix
3 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2/3 c. milk (for cornbread mix)
2 eggs (for cornbread mix)
2 c. creamed corn (1 regular can)
Preheat oven to 350.
Put beans into large baking pan.
Slice hot dogs into 1/2 inch sliced & add to beans.
Bake for 15-20 min.
While bean & hot dog mixture is in the oven, mix cornbread mix, milk, eggs, creamed corn & cheese in a large bowl.
Once bean & hot dog mixture has baked for 15-20 min, spread cornbread mixture gently on top to cover.
Bake for 20-30 additional minutes or 'til cornbread is cooked through.
Cornbread will be moist, because of the corn, so don't overcook.
Serves 15
