Beef Mac and Cheese
1 family portion of cooked spaghetti mince (ground beef, but works well with chicken/turkey for a different flavour)
1 Usual portion of Mac and cheese
Extra grated cheese.
Cooked mince in an oven proof dish.
Cooked mac and cheese spread on top
Sprinkle with a little extra cheese (and parsely or herb if desired)
Bake in a moderate oven (180*C/375*F) until cheese is golden brown.
Serve as is or with green beans.
- Meat can have any left over cooked veges mixed in for a variation.
