CHICKEN NOODLE CASSEROLE
(This recipe is a variation of a Taste of Home Quick Cooking magazine)
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup mayonnaisse
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 small onion choppped
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup cheddar cheese
12 oz spiral pasta, cooked and drained
In a large bowl, combine soup, mayo, and lemon juice. Add chicken, onion, and 1/2 of cheeses. Mix well. Add pasta and toss to coat. Transfer to a greased 2 quart baking dish. Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with remaining cheeses and bake 10 minutes more until cheese is melted.
