 Pecan Kisses....
PECAN KISSES...
2 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. white vinegar
1/8 tsp. salt
2 cups powdered sugar
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
Beat egg whites, vanilla, vinegar, and salt until soft peaks form. Gradually add powdered sugar and beat until stiff peaks form and sugar is dissolved. Fold in pecans. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 1 inch apart onto baking sheet with cooking spray. Bake @ 300 for 15-20 minutes and cool.
