 Fast Track Fudge
FAST TRACK FUDGE 1 2/3 cups sugar 2/3 cup evaporated milk 1 TBSP butter 1/2 tsp. salt 6 oz. bag semi sweet chocolate chips 16 large marshmallows 1 tsp. vanilla 1 cup chopped pecans Combine sugar, milk, butter and salt. Bring to boil and cook 5 minutes. Add chocolate chips and continue to heat until chocolate is melted. Remove from heat and stir in marshmallows, vanilla, and nuts. Mix well. Pour into shallow 8 inch square pan to cool and cut into squares.
