| Cherry Pistachio Bark
2 packages (10 to 12 ounces each) vanilla or white chips
12 ounces white candy coating chopped
1 1/14 cups dried cherries chopped or dried cranberries
1 1/4 cup pistachios chopped
!. Line a 15 inx 10 in by 1 inpan with foil,set aside.In a microwave safe bowl,melt chips and candy coating,stir until smooth.Stir in the cherrries(or cranberries,which ever you are using)and pistachios.Spread into prepared pan. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
2. Using a sharp knife,score the surface of the candy,making diamond shapes about 1/8 in. deep Refrigerate 40 minuteslonger or until set.Cut along the scored lines into diamonds.Store candy in an airtight container int the refrigerator, Yields 3 pounds..I have had both the cherries and cranberries, I like them both.It is whatever you prefer..Enjoy..
