Stove top upside down banana cake.
1 small packet mix vanilla cake made to directions (I made large and only used half and made cupcakes out of the rest.
1 large or 2 small sliced bananas
1 table spoon of butter
2 table spoons brown sugar.
Method
Using a stove top frying pan (that has a lid) melt butter on low heat, mix in brown sugar. Slice banana and place in the butter sugar mix
turning over, then pour the cake batter over the banana mix evenly.
Put lid on to cook for approx 10 mins then turn down for 5 - 10 mins or until cake is cooked.
Put a plate over the top of the frying pan and turn over onto plate.
Nice banana on top cake on the bottom.
Cut into wedges and serve with ice cream or cream and drizzle a little maple syrup over the top.
