| Skillet Breakfast Casserole
1 pkg. Pioneer Sausage Gravy
4 cups tator tots
1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
1/2 cup sausage, cooked and crumbled
1 1/2 cups water
2 large eggs
1 1/2 cups shredded chedder cheese (optional)
1 Tbsp. Minced chives
Preheat oven to 350. Heat oil in a 10-12 inch oven proof skillet. Brown tator tots 3-4 minutes; remove from heat; evenly sprinkle on sausage. Whisk gravy mix into water . Beat eggs into gravy mix. Pou evenly over tator tots. Bake 25-30 minutes, or til filling is set in center. Sprinkle on cheese. Bake another 3 minutes or til cheese has melted. Cut into wedges. Garnish with chives.
4-6 servings
