Do you have a favorite breakfast?

I like to make bacon, eggs, toast and fried potatoes.

My favorite breakfast is Eggs Benedict. However, I rarely get to make it for myself because I am the only one who likes it and the sauce is a little difficult to make. Okay, now I am hungry for it. Maybe I will make some for myself next week.

For me, it is a full english breakfast, of sausage, bacon, fried egg, fried bread, fried mushrooms, fried tomatoes and baked beans. Accompanied by a big mug of tea with sugar and cold toast spread with lots of butter. Yum....just as well that I don't have it very often!

I also love having crumpets spread with lots of butter.

I love stuffed french toast and a large cup of hot peach tea! I usually settle for toast and tea with a piece of fresh fruit mid-morning.

I have several "favorite" breakfasts. One at home one at our local Diner, and one at IHOP.

At home I indulge myself with an omlet with onion, tomato, and american cheese. Add rye toast, bacon and a cup of coffee, and I'm a very indulged person! lol

At the Diner near our house, they make an awesome fresh corned beef hash. I get that with over-easy eggs on top, multi-grain toast, hash-browns with onions and coffee in a thick ceramic mug.

Or maybe my favorite breakfast of all time is the IHOP mulit-grain banana-nut pancakes with maple suryp Yummmm

Lifestar...I love corned beef hash. I have never made it, but I love it when they serve it for breakfast at work.

Anyone like scrapple with their breakfast?
