Hot Chocolate

10 cups milk
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup cocoa
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups hot water
marshmallows
Measure milk into crockpot and turn on HIGH. Mix together sugar,salt,and cocoa in heavy pan and add hot water. Stir and boil 3 minutes stirring often, pour into milk and cook on HIGH 2- 2 1/2 hours. Serve with marshmallows. 12 1 cup servings

I would never have thought of doing hot choc in the crock pot, good idea.

Works out really good especially when you have a crowd. Even for sledding days and etc!

I also like to do spiced apple cider this way!

Thanks for the idea.....I'm with Kathy, I'd have never thought of that either...that will come in handy in the fall and winter. Christmas Caroling...hooray (ok so I am rushing the season just a tad..ROFL)

Going to fix this in a few days when my DS's are having a reunion at our place for all their friends they grew up with! It is 31 degrees ouside right now so know this will be useful then!
